What we collect

We collect what you choose to send through our forms or by email. That can include your name, email address, website or social link, company details, and your answers to our questions.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, do your audit, send what you asked for, and discuss or carry out work with you. We don't sell your information.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form submissions to our inbox, and may process technical data such as your IP address. Google Fonts supplies the fonts on these pages, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Stripe processes payments, and we don’t see or store your full card details. If you email us or receive email from us, our email provider handles those messages.

Access you give us

If you give us collaborator access to a platform, we use it only for the work you asked us to do.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for these purposes, or to meet legal and business record requirements.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email gerardo@gratefulhandsstudio.com.
